I've gone through a few therapists at Hand and Stone Spa. I tend to try new people to see how they handle my back issues. I have found that Kimberly has been the best by far. Not just with the massage but actually educating me on how my muscles are getting tensed based on my daily activities. She truly listens to my concerns and what areas to work on.

James was technically very knowledgeable about muscle physiology and was able to address the issues, and explain what he was doing and why it was working.

I was satisfied with the overall experience but the massage was first book for 60min and then I was told that due to the workload it was only for 50min.
