I've been a member since 2015 and I am always very satisfied with the staff, the service, the professional knowledge, and the serene and relaxing ambience. I am certainly continuing my membership and I always look forward to my appointments. The staff is very accommodating and it's easy to get an appointment that suits my schedule. Again, Hand and Stone is a very professional firm and I can only recommend it to anyone. A particular advantage for me is the fact that I can walk to the salon.

The location, staff and ambiance is exactly what I need and I look forward to every visit. The lifestyle program as well helps to ensure I make time to relax and take care of myself and address the aches and pains that creep in unnoticed. My therapist is also one of the best I have found - he remembers prior visits and is able to check in and monitor muscle issues that I am prone to - it makes my visits that much more stress free.

The receptionist was so nice and helpful. I felt welcomed immediately and was offered beverages right away. The massage therapist knew exactly what he was doing (Geoffrey), listened to what I needed and delivered.

During my massage, the therapists' phone wasn't on silent and went off quite of a bit. I thought it was my phone but I knew it was silent before the session. That's the only thing, I didn't like about other than that I have been extremely happy with everything else.
