I am always happy with the service I receive from this location. Ryan is an amazing massage therapist and I have recommended him to numerous people. The staff always knows my name when I walk in the door and always offered something to drink. Friendly staff and a great therapist will keep me coming back.

The team is very responsive in responding to emails on setting up appointments. My RMT is amazing (Lennix). The staff on the front desk are extremely helpful in greeting, setting up followup appointments, offering water, tea, etc

I always enjoy my massages at Hand and Stone. Patricia was very friendly and remembered me from visits at another location, which was really impressive. The front staff greeted me by name and I really like that.

Denise was very professional. She has excellent people skills and good knowledge of products. The service of a facial was very good and atmosphere, it was very relaxing.

The service is excellent from booking to payment. The staff at reception are always polite, friendly and proficient, offering a drink at the beginning and end of your appointment. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Ryan McKeen is a wonderful therapist. He talks to you about problem areas, strategises about treatment and gives the perfect massage always checking for the right amount of pressure for you. He is an excellent ambassador for Heart and Stone and I am lucky to have him as my therapist. It is evident that he is highly skilled and trained and continues to upgrade his qualifications.

Overall my experience was great. The hot stones melted my sore muscles away and I walked away relaxed and happy.

The reason I’ve been so happy and satisfied with hand and stone is that I started my first trial massage with Ryan at the Royal York location and he was so good at his profession that my husband and myself signed up right then. The rooms are clean and the small touches of hot towels and dim lights is nice too.

The experience was very positive. From the booking, to the greeting and the actual massage was all seamless. The team is always very friendly and my RMT is professional and highly effective. The value of the massage is great too!
