Hand and Stone

I had come in with a tension headache. My RMT listened to my needs and when I left my headache had been completely eliminated!

I went to Hand and Stone because of a referral by my trainer who goes and was extremely happy with her experience. I trust her and so booked the appointment but not because of my original thought of going but because I became injured with sciatica. Patricia, my massage therapist, was absolutely amazing! She was thorough in her questions of what was wrong and then thorough in her treatment. I not only felt immediately better but her discription of how I would feel and what exercises to do to help myself over the next few days was right on. I was able to move with less pain and booked another appointment. I had the same great experience the second time. Patricia had remembered me and my injury and again gave me the perfect treatment to further my healing. I cannot say enough positive things about Patricia and her sensitivity, professionalism and caring to get me better. I look forward to going back to her in the future, not only for this treatment but for upkeep too.

RMT applied consistent pressure throughout and spent a lot of time specifically on the areas I needed help with :) Great massage!!!!

Ryan is one of the best massage therapists I`ve ever been to.

The RMT was highly skilled in technical knowledge of physiological anatomy and the potential problem causing pain. His physical technique including pressure and manipulation was excellent. His communication of the problems and describing the treatment he was providing were also very useful. The treatment was highly effective. I also have a chronic issue that he has developed a long term treatment strategy for as well as providing me with ongoing exercises and stretches to use on a daily basis. The treatment rooms are clean and nice. All of the other staff members have always been friendly and attentive. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the services I have received with my experiences at Hand and Stone.
