Hand and Stone

I experienced exceptional customer service with Hand & Stone, Pickering location. The wait time was minimal, the area was super clean and well kept. During my massage, the RMT was very professional, targeted my concerns well, and made me feel comfortable. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming to Hand and Stone Pickering for over 3 years now. I always have a pleasant experience. Everything is always clean, everyone who works there is so thoughtful and kind and I like that it’s close to home. There are also a number of amazing therapists to choose from.

I was highly satisfied with my first experience at hand and stone. My therapist Rosemarie was incredible at the massage and spent time understanding where to focus on. She was so friendly and the ambiance was great. I'm looking forward to coming back again this month.

The atmosphere is always very welcoming at this location. I've been coming here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I will be returning soon.

Always greeted by pleasant friendly staff. My esthetician Tiffany is knowledgeable and compassionate. Products are offered but not a pressure sale.

The receptionist was very friendly so was the esthetician who asked what I needed and did it, plus the whole place is very clean and welcoming
