Hassana truly is the greatest esthetician I've come across. Her kindness and care are unmatched and her passion for skincare just makes it all the much better. I've been to other places for facials and have had horrible experiences that made me never want to do facials ever again. Hassana changed that for me and after only 2 treatments with her, I've recommended her to everyone I know looking for a new esthetician. She's the best and so worth travelling 30 minutes from Markham to Pickering to recieve my treatments.

My therapist understands my needs and will work on those specific areas at my request. She has just the right amount of pressure to work on sore muscles. She always helps me relax. She cares about making sure I feel better.

Nancy was extremely nice and continuously checked in with me about comfort and pressure. Her massage skills were amazing and helped me relax and feel less pain. I would highly recommend Nancy and will book with her in the future.

Positive experience, knowledgeable staff, pleased that some of my information was at another location (I recently moved), only issue is I did reply to the courtesy email I received after my appointment and I haven't received a response yet.

Hand & Stone in Pickering has a very friendly staff. The front desk people are welcoming and helpful and are able to create an enjoyable atmosphere. I always get a good massage and leave relaxed.
