I feel like a valued member every time I go in. They make me and my family welcomed and do a great job with the services. I just wish my location would allow me to use my points. That’s really the only downfall.

I really wanted to experience hot stone massage but the cost is very high for my budget. As per my Insurance coverage, they say the maximum per 1 hour massage in Ontario is $106.00. Therefore they reimburse only that amount. Hopefully if I can get a discount it would be really appreciated. Thank you.

I tried to get a massage booked last Thursday with a female RMT and nothing was available. So I booked with a male RMT for Dec 12 , and put my name on the cancellation list, on which I was #15. I was surprised to get a call the next day, Friday, asking if I can come at 11.15 as someone had cancelled. I took it!

Sam is a great massage therapist. He spends a lot of time on the areas I highlight. He checks in about appropriate pressure use. He also has great technique, and I feel so much better after a massage with him. My back and neck are doing much better. I also like how all the staff are respectful, it is always a pleasure to visit this location.

I booked a last minute appointment to relieve neck pain and a headache, and Joyce (who is not my usual therapist) was so skilled. She used exactly the pressure I needed, and focused on areas connected to my muscle spasm to help relieve my headache. She brought me the first relief I’d had in some days. Thank you Joyce!

The friendliness of my esthetician was very comforting, as I had never had a facial before. She was great!
