Staff (the receptionist and Nancy the massage therapist) were professional, polite, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Facilities are clean and atmosphere relaxing. Location is close to home.

It would be helpful for therapists to place rolled towels under the shoulders of clients, and the client can chose to decline if asked (I recommend the RMT asks if the client would like this). Especially as I am not a flat chested woman, the extra shoulder support would be appreciated.

Staff at the lobby are friendly. Booking is so easy though I wish I could have 90 min massage. Laksy is my favorite masseuse and Nancy is my second choice because they really ease the pain in my whole body and feels their concern on body pain/

My lower back became stiff and sore during the Thanksgiving weekend. I immediately thought of the gift card I received last Chistmas. Stephanie, my soon to be daughter in law works at Hand and Stone. Now was the time get my full body massage. I was booked with my massage specialist Jocelyn. I recommend her for future appointments.

The esthetician was awesome! Very easy going and friendly. She complimented my skin and face regiment which I liked hearing.
