The service provided was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the complimentary foot massage. Also ease of rebooking follow up appointments when I needed them.

I asked the therapist to focus on upper body as I had a very stiff neck. She used different techniques and when I finished the massage it felt very lose and pain was far less than when we began. Therapist was very friendly and listened to me. She was very professional The gal at the checkin desk was very pleasant. I appreciate being given a bottle of water when leaving as it's good to hydrate after a massage.

Sam was great at focusing on my neck and really focused on releasing pain there. He explained everything he was doing and why. He made me very comfortable and relaxed.

RMT Laksy worked on my problem areas and used the right amount of pressure to help me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Clean facilities, in a good location. Therapist was knowledgeable and the massage was good and effective. Next appointment already booked.

The massage itself was quite relaxing to the point of me falling asleep. I liked that the lights were dimmed which facilitated that nap. I found that the pressure used was perfect for my soreness.

Lynda was really amazing - she really worked my muscles and at the end explained some things to me after I commented on my "knots".

While Nancy was incredible and really helped with some of my chronic pain the cost of the massage has gone up drastically. More so than the other Hand and Stone locations. I would love to visit her again.
