I really enjoy being able to see the schedule and book online. The therapists are all very friendly and interested in how they can help me. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean facility. Great experiences.

Appointments are always on time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Massage therapist takes time, every session, to go over any changes or issues I may have

The therapist understood my needs abs concerns and addressed each area. I was happy with his knowledge of trigger points and which areas to focus on. He summarized areas of tightness and these were indeed other areas of concern that I know I suffer from muscle tightness. His knowledge base was impressive. I was very happy with the results.

My RMT is amazing and I am always extremely pleased when I have her. My only complaint I’ve that Hand & Stone has gotten more expensive over the years and my benefits cover less and less. I am going to have to consider other providers due to my budget

Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. My facial appointment was timed perfectly for my massage appointment after. The RMT and esthetician were both very friendly and knowledgeable. And I was offered a water at my visit.
