Had a wonderful experience first time at the Pickering location. Booking a female rmt was easy and there were a few available times provided as options

Esthetician was so friendly and happy. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was knowledgeable about the questions I asked and gave detailed info. She informed me on every step we were doing and what it would accomplish. She was fantastic and I enjoyed my facial.

Jocelyn did such a great job at targeting my problematic areas, I felt the difference from one side to the other immediately. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been recommending this location to my friends family and clients.

The massage therapist asked relevant questions to guide her to understand where I was having muscle tension and discomfort. I noticed a big difference from beginning to end of the massage. She gave me exercises to do at home to help with the pain.

The therapist Rosaline was too good and concentrated n the areas that I had requested for. She was very knowledgable and knew what she was doing! The massage session was so relaxing and the pressure was just the required. Would highly recommend the therapist and would look back to be with her for the next appointment. However for the members, the transfer fee towards the credits available for $10 can be exempted for the regular customers and that would enable a better customer reach as we pay for the services however and is not covered by the insurance.
