We've been members for 5 years & have usually had good experiences. I try to book with the same therapist (Robert) each time because I know he's great & listens to my issues & helps relieve the pain when necessary. My only issue is the continuous need to confirm my appointments & the need to fill out the forms every time I go in. I don't understand why the company can't make some of the forms an annual process. Since we are members & get massages at least once a month, it's very annoying & time consuming. We complete forms online & then have to sign another form when we check in every time.

My aesthetician is very friendly and informative, answering all questions . Very nice attitude and treated me w/ utmost respect.

The massage was very relaxing. The therapist asked how pressure was and adjusted as necessary.

Always feel comfortable and relaxed during my session - right amount of check-ins to keep the zen mood.

Robert is great. He's friendly, listens and addresses any issues or concerns. I would highly recommend him to any one..... as long as I still able to schedule my appointments with him.

Robert is easy to communicate with. He listens and addresses/targets my issues with finesse. His knowledge and ability far exceeds your average massage therapist.

Robert is an amazing massage therapist. I a couple of trouble spots, and Robert concentrated on those areas. He is a gem!
