The receptionist offered me an add-on and I accepted it, but it must not have been conveyed to the massage therapist because the add-on service was not performed. There were many pre-appointment forms to fill out, but I don't think the massage therapist read them. I made notes of problem areas but that was not acknowledged, that's why I don't think the massage therapist read them. Also, on one of the forms, it asked if I wanted the massage therapist to wear a mask, I answered yes, but she was not wearing one and did not ask if I wanted her to.

Nobody discussed a membership and I was interested but the receptionist was on the phone and rushing me out the door. The carpet in the room was wet and that was gross

Old, musty, the cleaning service needs to do better. The ambiance could be more zen like.

I do just as well w good products and doing my facials at home. The results were not as good as I thought they would be, although the woman doing the facial had a great personality. My back still hurt after my massage. I paid $15 for a one minute at most scalp massage. BUT I will give this place another try!

I asked for masseuse to wear a mask on documents online. They didnt and then talked about their vaccine status, etc. And made me uncomfortable. They then went and got a mask.

I was very satisfied with my experience. I tried Sandra for the first time and she was wonderful and I will definitely be seeing Sandra again.

My massage was wonderful as always. I would like to express my concerns with my visit related to "wax free" hair removal. First it was obvious during the session that I was being treated with wax. The technician mentioned she was using soft and hard wax. Second I don't feel that the rooms used to perform this service are appropriate. It is too dark. I found lots of areas missed once I was home in bright light. I didn't see a method of complaining about this service on your website which is why I'm taking the time now. Massage services are always OUTSTANDING.

Oil used smelled like vegetable oil.

Not a full hour and costs are getting high. Music is so strange all the time and is loud. It wakes me up from relaxing

I was satisfied with the appointment. I did not notice a huge difference with the treatment. Maybe expectations were too high.
