I have used several massage therapists at this location and I have had good experiences with the others. I know the therapist knew it was a deep tissue massage, but it definitely was not even close to a deep tissue massage. It might have been one of the worst massages I have ever had. When I left there was nobody in the reception area, I waited, but nobody was there and I left. The massage was prepaid and I did not need to pay, so I left. The therapist also had a throat clearing problem or a cough and it was hard to relax.

Even though I paid for a 50-minute massage, I barely got 45 minutes of table time. I brought this up with the receptionist, however, so she knocked off the price of my enhancement.

I had membership- cancelled last October but was still charged until December for failure to fill out the form for cancellation which I did not received as it went to my junk- I have to go to the branch branch to clear the matter-and sign the form -for customer services someone should have followed up my non compliance for cancellation— I have 4 credits left but inwas told to use it the next 60 days - when I came back I have to fill out forms like a new customer - and unable to retrieve my information -they can just ask if there’s any changes in my medical history since the last time I filled out the form- I understand this part but can be inconvenienced. This is very common you sigh up for anything - they make it easy but cancelling is another story. Client retention is critical - how you welcome them and how they feel when they leave - this will be a big factor or incentive to advertise your services.

I just didn’t find anything to be superior by comparison with other spa’s

Please play real spa music. The new age stuff is not relaxing. Also offer massage oil that smells nice not like burnt rubber. And rates are getting too high that I’m not sure how much longer I can afford it. Offer 60 minute massages all in- not 50 minutes. Other than that I do like coming here. Thx

Overall, satisfied. What would make it highly satisfied, is if had mirrors in the rooms. That's it off the top of my head.

Salon cancelled facial that I had booked 1 month in advance. Salon changed my massage therapist without telling me. Difficulty in scheduling massage and facial. Offered me 9 am massage and 2pm facial, not a good option.

I arrived at 6:33 for my 6:45 appointment. There was no receptionist to welcome me. I was alone up front for 10 mins until she came out at 6:43. Leah didn’t apologize or anything. Very unprofessional.

This is the first facial I have ever had where they did not perform some sort of extractions. Near the end of the visit, I asked if she was going to do them and she said I did not need them. At that point, it was too late to change it.
