My experience was excellent. However my daughter's experience was NOT. The person who did her massage talked the entire time. it had nothing to do with the massage. It was about the women's cats. VERY unpleasant for my daughter.

I have not been able to login and make appointments online for several months. I have mentioned to several different people and on a survey and finally Liz emailed the corporate office. She confirmed there was an issue (it’s not just my computer). She said someone would call me when the issue is resolved. It’s not a huge deal but it is nice to just be able to logon and see if the therapist you want has availability rather than calling and asking who is working and I usually end up waiting on hold because they get busy.

I felt as if I didn’t complete the full 60 minutes. I had a 1pm appointment. By the time we started was probably, 1:10. When she said we’re done, the time showed 1:57 on the clock. So I paid $80 for 50 minutes.

Sometime, waiting time at reception too long for checkout and did not explain well for the cost of services

I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my massage and then it lasted about 43-45 minutes. Which is fine but I really look forward to the hour. Also lights were not dimmed the whole time just when I flipped to my back. I dont want to blame vania, she is great, but I did feel that there were too many back to back bookings.

My experience getting my facial was wonderful. However, my experience with the massage was disappointing. The massage therapist apparently did not look over the intake questionnaire where I indicated that I did not want my lower body massaged. I also told her that I had a shoulder injury and she was very rough when massaging the shoulder, to the point that I had to ask her to stop. I also felt WORSE pain in my right hip after the massage. The therapist was also very gruff and not at all therapeutic in her demeanor. I will not go back to this company because of this experience - worst massage experience I have ever had.

Prenatal massage was completed, due to restrictions on pressure and areas unable to work on was not able to get as much relief as was desired.

Although Joann the aesthetician was friendly and accommodating, her level of experience and expertise is lacking.
