Not enough pressure during massage. Massage therapist asked if it was enough pressure. I said not and she only applied more pressure for a little bit then went back to barely applying pressure.

My therapist had to leave my session for a few minutes. She was very polite about it and apologized. Unfortunately, I felt this took me out of my relaxation and had to take some time to relax again when she returned.

In the past it took an hour, this one took only 45 minutes

I personally won't be coming back until the mask requirement is gone. I know that won't bother other people, but it does bother me.

My husband booked the appointment as a surprise for Mother’s Day. I had a laser treatment a week prior. So the aesthetician was very careful about the products used used on my face. We weren’t able to do a full facial with exfoliation but she was able to give me a nice relaxing hydration experience.

Massage was mediocre. After the massage I didn’t feel like I had had a massage at all. I purchased the CBD oil, which didn’t make a difference from other massage oils I’ve used. There was nothing special about it for $30 extra

Carpet in the message room is dirty which can see black or color of the carpet

I had a facial and asked what upgrade is recommended for my dry skin the estestician recommended ??? forgot but cost $90 in addition to 1 package i used but i agreed, i felt like the session was too fast, not worth $90 upgrade and did not see improvement in my skin.

I had hope that more time would have been given to extracting my congested pores. When I got home and examined my pores, there were still quite a bit of congestion on my nose and chin areas.

Less than two minutes was spent on arms and legs. The same goes for the added foot treatment- not worth additional cost
