The bed wasn’t made which led me to believe it wasn’t freshly washed. Maybe it was clean but I second-guessed it. The therapist was extremely nice but kept yawning, burped, and seemed to have sinus issues so I didn’t feel as relaxed as I normally do.

When I booked the appointment over the phone I requested a certain massage therapist. I was disappointed not to meet the therapist I had requested. She did offer to switch stating that the other therapist was also available I felt awkward and did not want to reject her so I told her it was OK, I would try her. She did a satisfactory job. However my first experience was outstanding! That is why I became a member.

It's very rare that I ever rate any experiences with a highly satisfied, and this one is no exception. Because my experiences have usually been at more high end spa's, I feel it's a bit subpar.

Highly satisfied is the best. I felt 90% satisfied. That is a reason I choose as a satisfied.

Please get normal spa music. The music is jarring (wakes me up from relaxing) and weird new age. Not relaxing and at times depressing

The only issue I have is in booking my appointments. I always try to book online and run into issues. I usually end up calling to book instead. Since members can earn points booking online it would be nice if that feature worked.

Location is offering $49 membership. I asked and was told that it was for new members only. As a loyal member I think this offer should be given to current members, especially if they inquire.

The massage was great, but I was very sore after and almost was not able to walk out with pain worse then when I went in. I know it will take some time, but wasn't expecting to be in that much pain afterward.
