The therapist talks a little too much and I would have preferred some different techniques. She seemed to do the same thing over and over.

Need mirrors in rooms. Liked the therapist...will try another one next time...I like to mix it up. Minor issue...mints in reception area are hidden now due to COVID.

After all was done I was charged an additional fee for the massage- I was not made aware of any additional fees when I booked the appointment or when I began the massage. This should NEVER HAPPEN- if there are additional charges one should be told in advance what and why there is an additional charge.

H&S really has to get a mobile app. Your online appt setting stinks. You need a real-time mobile app allowing me to set appt's and see who's available.

When I was getting ready to lay on bed for massage, the sheets were stained. It looked like blood and something else nasty. I had to point it out to Therese. I changed the sheets myself before she came back in the room.

My appt was at 10 we started after but still ended at 11 (less than an hour). I specified my hips and lower back required most attention, and most attention was given to mid/upper back. I was asked if I wanted aroma therapy and wasn’t told it’s an extra charge so that was annoying $10 spent That I would’ve said no to.

A customer was not wearing a mask and the receptionist didn’t ask them to put one on. I asked the customer to put one on and she said she had an “exemption” from wearing one. I don’t care why someone isn’t wearing a mask I don’t want them to be in the same room as me

The only problem I had was wearing a mask while face down and my face in netting I felt I couldn't breathe, especially when massaging my upper back and pressing down I couldn't relax and enjoy the experience The massage therapist was very good with the pressure
