Too pricey on service. Also, reception do not explain and advise when price changes

I look forward to coming and I just feel the service isn't 100%. The receptionist is great. It's both the massage therapists and estheticians that I feel are not 100% trained. I get an okay massage and an okay facial. Nothing Wowing me.

Thank you for allowing the tables to be heated again...it makes a huge difference. Sandra was very personable. The front desk staff is always very welcoming.

I need more facial massaging during these appointments and I feel like that will bring a great value for what I'm already paying for.

I would’ve liked to have gotten rid of the excess oil on my body. Last massage I received I was able to shower and remove the oil off me. That would’ve been great

I can’t make an appointment online. I told the front desk and her reply was that it’s a corporate problem. I walked out with no resolution. I prefer the convenience of scheduling online or in app.

My massage therapist Robert is exquisite at his craft. He paid attention to my every need and focused on areas that were problematic. He is a wealth of knowledge and very kind. I will definitely recommend him.

This therapist just isn't very good. And convinced me I used to schedule deep tissue but don't remember ever having to pay extra so felt she wasn't truthful. The location is good but they can't keep good therapists.

The amount of actual treatment time and the cost is not the greatest value, especially when the time of treatment wasn't as long as stated. The cost of the add-on services is high.
