Additional time could have been spent on my specific issue. Overall, Robert was great, usually is very good. I would still recommend him and Hand & Stone in the future.

It was fine. I just feel therapist didn't focus on the area i told hime i wanted worked on. He did a fine job, just not the right area and never asked about the pressure.

Ladies at front desk could be much friendlier and communicative. They failed to ask if I wanted enhancements and didn’t give me water following the massage. Oh well, this is the service I’ve come to expect from the front desk.

I was not asked about my problem areas on my face. I was asked to have another service done on my face but she was not aware of the deal that was going on. Therefore she did not want to ask about the deal otherwise i would have got that done on my face for the little amount they were asking with the deal.

I understand the mask because of everything going on so that’s completely understandable, but it definitely impacted how relaxing the massage was. I’m not sure if there may be a different way of going about it?

I felt like my masseuse didnt focus on knots and it was more like a skin moisturizing session. Not to mention when I was weak making my appointment the receptionist said there was no appointments available. I told her I saw three appointments online and then she replied with oh yeah that's right.

One problem is that my sister put a tip on her card, and I had already given a tip to my masseuse; hence, the receptionist did not know how to resolve this problem. There is a lack of zen and calm decor in the facility. Receptionists were off in another world.

The young woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Kiara, was a delight. I did not appreciate the demeaning way that the manager related to her.
