The available answers to your survey questions are severely limited. I'm always satisfied with my facial which, in my opinion, says a lot! The purpose of my visits is largely to have 1 hour of relaxation and pure "me time"...not to address some specific concern with quantitative results.

My massage therapist listened to what I needed. Explained things I wasn’t sure about, well. And really helped with my pain but also relaxed me!

The facial was great but the massage on the other hand was not. I'm accustomed to regular massages and even said so when I walked in. The massage therapist seemed shy and nervous which is fine but when it came to the massage it wasn't anywhere near what I expected. The pressure was just not there I did speak up once and she tried to increase it but quickly went back to extremely like or no pressure which is not what I wanted. Thankfully the facial was done after the massage and it made up for how I felt over the massage.

Service is always great and there are lots of add ons to services as well. I just wish the place was a little more “upscale.” A sauna would be nice... but I guess you get what you pay for.

My mom is 88 years old and I wanted to treat her to a facial She wasn’t able to lie flat on the table I was helping her get settled so I grabbed a bolster used for under knees and legs for her to lie on (I couldn’t find a pillow or towel roll) I thought the woman doing her facial would notice and get her a pillow But when I came back to help her get dressed the bolster was still under her head

I don’t think one facial will fix all my skin issues. I have already made another appointment for a more aggressive facial. This was first time so it was pretty standard compared to others.

FELT THE MASSEUSE SHOULD HAVE MORE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRIGGER POINTS IN NECK SHOULDER AREA. TOLD HER DEEPER PRESSURE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER BUT SHE KEPT SAME LIGHTER PRESSURE.

Receptionists personal phone was ringing at a blaring level; receptionist didn’t know how to check out my husband and my appointment on one tab - she also forgot to prompt me to leave tip; which then required a 3rd transaction. My appointment started 15 minutes late and no one said anything about that. Receptionist talked WAY too much, mostly about her self and her hard day. She said sorry about 10x for her inability on every level - she need more training. Don’t know her name, but she has a blue hair streak.

The website for online booking is not very user friendly. It would be nice to see all available appointments in a week at once. It would also be nice if it defaulted to your location rather than you having to select it every time you want to book an appointment regardless if you are logged in.
