I was satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. I was also pleased with the masseur. It was my first time with a male, and I was a little hesitant at first, but it turned out great. I left feeling light and relaxed.

Taylor, my aesthetician, is amazing! She is the reason I come to the Rolling meadows location, vs the Kildeer location which is closer to my home. Taylor provides excellent care, all while making me feel comfortable and education me on my skin. I've recommended Taylor to two friends who both have signed up for membership and see her monthly. Taylor deserves a raise! To have an employee as friendly as she is, is a gift!

Jane is always amazing! Makes sure to go the extra mile to take care of me and offered some free samples for the March birthday deal (Facebook page) as neither her or receptionist knew - not their fault though - they need to be made aware my management about social media offers.

Given the cost of spa facials, I find Hand & Stone to be a good value for the money. I also find the staff & service providers to be very friendly and professional. However, you need to compensate your aestheticians better as there is WAY TOO MUCH TURNOVER. Customers get comfortable with specific people and not just services. This is a BIG problem with Hand & Stone and would be a reason to cancel my contract.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I’ve never had anything but good experiences at this location. Blaine listened to everything I said and gave me the exact kind of massage I wanted. Taylor has been doing my facials for some time now and I trust her advice.
