I liked the experience

I had a great experience with hand and stone. They were thorough and very informative. Although it is expensive, it is worth it and the membership deal sounds like a good purchase option!

Finally have a good therapist. Have not been satisfied in the past.

I felt very rushed over the phone making an appointment with the receptionist. Our therapists were nice.. we did a couples massage. I wish my massage therapist asked how the pressure was I would of told her to be more firm as it felt very light.

Cannot get an appt easily.

The massage therapist seemed on the colder side. I think the massage ended 5-10 minutes early. This was my first massage with Hand and Stone. Is chest massage not standard for deep tissue? Outside of this I enjoyed the experience.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and asked that I put my membership on freeze until further notice. I was contacted a few days before Labor Day that my membership reinstated and my card charged so an email was sent asking me to come in. They said there were openings that Labor Day weekend and mentioned a 4pm time slot so I promptly replied back saying I would like the 4pm spot for myself and I would also bring my wife for a couples massage. A couple days passed and I replied back to confirm. They said sorry they overlooked my email and the 4pm was taken. I had to reschedule our planned Labor Day weekend massage for a Wednesday night at 7pm. As for the massage, it was different. The massage was a little rough and uncomfortable. I was put in a chicken wing a couple times, my neck was stretched from side to side and upwards to my chin, and I’m ticklish in my feet and the massage therapist massaged my feet a lot more than my back which needed more attention. I should have said something, but I didn’t, I just grimed and bared it. I had previous massages before and they were more relaxing and better. To be honest, I wasn’t as relaxed afterwards compared to past massages.

I arrived for my appointment early but was not taken back till a few minutes after the appointment time and then waited a long time after changing for the massage to start. Despite the late start the massage still ended on time. The massage was good but felt like time was lost for my appointment.

The facial therapist was a little pushy with her treatment recommendation for me. I wanted a specific one but she kept on insisting for more expensive one.

I was satisfied. I ended up pressing the wrong button
