The receptionist was new and had problems checking out the prior customer. I had to wait 15 minutes before I could check out and book a new appointment. The receptionist mentioned that she felt she was not trained enough to handle the desk alone.

The room seemed to bright during massage

Jacob was friendly and professional. For a full body massage I was only asked to lie on my stomach, never turn around on back. He stayed in areas using repetitive motions for long than I prefer. This was my first time getting a massage from him, I did not give feedback in the moment. When he did ask me where I wanted the last minutes to focus, I said neck and shoulders. I feel like he stayed on my shoulder blades only, and again I was on my stomach. Overall, not a horrible experience-I just would have liked more variety and a check in about pressure.

I was overall satisfied. Massage therapist was sneezing and coughing and had both hands on me - not good.

Previous facials have included a hand and/or foot massage at some point, which is a very nice touch. Having a small reception area where a client could sit briefly and have a glass of water or tea afterwards would also be nice. Just adds that little touch of elegance and relaxation. Just a couple thoughts. The service I did get was very nice, and my skin feels lovely, but making a client feel a little extra special doesnt cost anything but time.

I had never had some of the technics that the masseuse had done. I routinely do yoga, so I am pretty flexible, but she bent my knees and arms in positions that might have been a problem, but luckily not and I never had my knuckles cracked by a masseuse. Other then that I was satisfied with my experience. Thank you,

Online appointment very bad When I checked out every time, always tell me difference price

I was thrilled that I could go to a location in Illinois while visiting my mom and they would honor my membership! I was happy I could treat mom to her first facial at a guest price. The problem I had was regarding the coupons I brought from my Denver home spa, the receptionist told me they would not honor them. She was brusque about it, didn’t try to offer any local coupon or adjustments. Made me wish I was home.

I asked the receptionist on the phone if I had this massage person before because I was pretty sure I had her before. While she said no, it was the exact same as the person (who I am pretty sure still is her) hat gave me a not so good massage before. It’s not horrible - but she didn’t ask me about areas of focus, everyone else I have ever been to manage to feel the knots I have in my neck/ back and help to relieve them, she didn’t apply pressure in the right spots. (I really don’t know how to explain that last one because I am not a professional but other massage therapist get in the problem areas and I feel relief. I didn’t with this one) Don’t get me wrong, she was super nice. But maybe it was just a different style that I don’t care for.
