I’ll explain why I did not say “highly satisfied”. It has to do with the computer system at the location, not any of the staff, who are wonderful: I was checking out the front desk person gave me a total for services that would be for a non member. I explained to her that I was a member and my membership is frozen until April, however I had two packages available to use and I wanted to use one of them. She was very nice and professional and took the time to find all of that in the computer, but it seemed to me the way the computer system is set up that the information was not readily available to her to quickly access. Once she found the packages I was able to use one.

My therapist was running behind schedule. The receptionist did tell me that he would be with me shortly. When the therapist greeted me he was nice and professional but he never mentioned a word about why he was running 20 minutes behind schedule. A “Thank you for waiting” would of had been nice. If he did acknowledge it, I never heard him ..... This is the first time it happened to me and I’m not upset about it. I just thought I would mentioned it would of had been nice if the therapist explained why he was running behind schedule.

I had a complimentary facial/massage my husband won at a golf outing. When paying I was surprised I owed money. I thought it should have covered what the complimentary service that was on the card. While looking at the website it never mentioned how long the appointments are.

My appt was cancelled due to staff calling wrong person for confirmation. Had to wait an hour for new appt. Tried to charge me for visit, upgrade and product when I have package and gift card. Stressful start and finish due to reception staff. Good thing massage was awesome.
