Booked two different treatments. One for a mini facial and one for the massage. I was highly satisfied with the massage but not as much with the mini-glow facial for the price. The glow only lasted an hour or two at most and after that I could not see any difference in my overall skin tone/texture. Although this was a special, I did not personally feel it was worth the price or time since I could not see or feel any significant difference after a couple of hours. I know it was recommended that I do a full one hour facial next time for better results, but don't want to spend that much money on a treatment or products that don't make a significant difference for a much longer period of time considering the cost.

I only got a massage while laying face down. I had requested back, shoulder, and neck but the neck massage was poor because I did not lay on my back. Next thing I know, we were finished. The massage gel/oil was very greasy and poorly scented. This did not feel spa-like at all. The linens smelled like body odor. The music from the occupied space next door was loud dance music. Michael wasn't rude or unfriendly, just not hospitable or "warm". He had a very flat affect.

The receptionist was all over the place. Answered the phone when she was talking with us. The experience was average.

I didn’t feel there was anything exceptional about my experience. I certainly did not have a bad experience but I wasn’t blown away either.

The location is under new management, with previous management they would always call and let u know you had a package available, they always knew me when i walked in and checked me in promptly, always knew what therapist i was there to see, my service always began on time, they were very organized, always offered you water or tea when u walked in, asked if u needed ladies room before your service started, they always made me feel welcomed and they were akways attentive to your needs. None of this happened with the new management that is there now.

it was just hard to use the online booking tool. It was asking for a credit card even though I was a member and logged in. Then I would lose the appt time I was trying to make.

I was satisfied with my massage. Highly satisfied to means one of the best. Minor delay in figuring out payment at the end of session for someone who accompanied me.

the availability of a masseuse I like. turning the overhead lights on while I was laying on the table. long pauses during massage.

Booking an appointment online was difficult because the website kept saying it was unavailable, so I called to schedule with a person and they said to use the website. I tried again and still had issues. Called back to confirm. And then I did not receive a confirmation email. Also, I felt that during my whole experience I was being talked into spending more and more money. I just wanted to relax while I’m there, not think about spending more money. It was a great experience, but with those two issues it brought it down to a satisfied experience.
