Hand and Stone

I did not see much of a difference to my skin visually. I do feel it to be softer but the general lines seem the same. I do understand periodic chemical peels would have the best results. I am accepting of the outcome.

The massage room was cold and the table was not warmed which I think has been in the past. Also, the music was very loud and lights not dim enough. I didn't feel comfortable asking for music and lights to be lowered more. Otherwise, my therapist did a good massage.

I would of liked to add more time. I get closing time was at 6 I was just surprised I was turned down for that.

Are usually have the massage therapist Vania she is excellent. I had a different therapist that just wasn’t as knowledgeable as her she did a nice job but at times was a little excessive in her pressure of a deep tissue massage. My glutes are still in a little bit of pain from the massage.

Appointment started late, and during the facial i felt like the employee was trying to sell me products. I was expecting more helpful advice regarding my skin type.

The hot stone massage was the worst massage i’ve Gotten. I told the masseuse my lower back was bothering me and wanted her to focus on that but she didn’t even touch my lower back. I felt like she spent half her time adjusting my blanket.

I was highly satisfied. Not, not highly satisfied! My massage was great! Everything about the location, employees and actual massage was perfect. My only slight complaint was I thought it was a little too light in the room, but I understand that I could have told my massage therapist to turn down the lights. So that is my fault. Also, I could hear music from next store but that is not hand and stones fault either. I had a great experience

I am not it sure why I am being asked why it was not highly satisfied . The salon met my needs and the therapist was good. It was what I expected. Candace is the best therapist I have had so far.

I felt that the aesthetician was arguing with me about my concern with hyalauronic acid. My skin doesn't respond well to it. I develop small, fluid-filled blemishes. This type of blemish only occurs when I use HA.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment started. But the esthetician was still attendinto another client and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before my appointment started. I was late for another appointment because of this.
