There isn't one thing- Everything was great- I just didn't feel like anything was above and beyond- Nothing more than that. My appointment did begin about 15 minutes late.

when I'm getting a massage, I want to relax and not having a conversation while I'm relaxing. My therapist was really sweet, but I wish there wasn't a need for me to have a conversation during.

Bikini. Wax not complete. Did not wax in lower area where bathing suit or pantie may reveal excess hair. Tried to telll her but she just went lower st the top of the hair patch not the lower sides

Didn't feel like my face was extracted at all. Problem areas, blackheads, didn't seem addressed. Last visit I was told I exfoliate too much, this visit they said I should exfoliate daily?

My massage could be better. Couple more minutes on each limb and shoulders while on back. I even sat and waited 10 minutes for my next treatment.

The service was done professionally and I felt very relaxed when done. My therapist was not much for conversation which was ok, but I would have liked to know a little more about her professionally. She was very polite.

I had a newer therapist and he was good, but my previous therapist (who left) was better.

The lady that was there on Sunday was not very welcoming and really didn't want me to spend my money there. When it came to the actually therapist he was great he really made me feel relaxed except at the end, where there was a note given and he had to rush through my service - then i wasn't so relaxed. Everyone has time to be patient especially if you want a new customer to return let the message therapist do their job and we will accommodate what happens next.
