Very basic ambiance. The linens were very rough.

My massage therapist is great, but I find it expensive compared to where I used to go. I am thinking of going back to Lifetime Fitness as I can get two 60 minute deep tissue massages a month there for only $99 per month if I sign up again for recurring monthly package.

Everyone was friendly and I thought they esotician was very knowledgeable.

Receptionist checking in are rude. Massage therapists kept rushing us. Not a very relaxing massage

We were rushed in and rushed out. The receptionist didnt smile and sounded like a robot. I requested a firm massage but got a vey light one

Your receptionists talk too fast and it is hard to understand them. The waiting area is not quiet and relaxing. Finally, I have to pay extra for a deep massage here. This noticeably changes how the therapists do their massages here. At other membership places I don't pay extra for a deep massage and the value is better.

My therapist was fantastic, but not everyone there is worth $100 for a deep tissue massage.

I am visiting 3times a months.

Massage was good. Spa was on the small side. Massage room's walls were thin & could hear other music.

I understand the effort to upsell after the service is over but I don't want to be pressured to purchase a monthly package. I have no problem with you offering the service but once I say I'm not interested, don't continue the sales pitch. That hard sale makes me want to not return.
