I think I read the answer scale incorrectly. I had a very good experience but I do find that the reception staff are forced and not relaxed.

More questions regarding what specific body parts to address and avoid round have been nice.

The therapist was nice, but the session only lasted 48 minutes and I paid for an hour. The massage itself was good. The pressure was good. The decor in the rooms is plain and the lights were too bright. The reception area was beautiful though.

My hair got full of oil during massage. Could you offer hair caps, so hair wouldn't look oily and dirty? I wanted to go to another appt.after and had to go home and wash hair. Otherwise it was perfect!!

The receptionist used aggressive "you" statements. When I asked what the add on services I could do, she said "you can look for yourself." When I explained what muscle issues I was having, she said "you can tell the therapist." When I was done and paying the card swiped was behind the counter and she said "here, you can do it yourself." At this point, I told her no. She had effectively not made me feel at ease. When you go to get a massage, you want to feel taken care of and she did not do that. Regarding the massage, the therapist, Erin, is good. However, she sets the timer obviously in front of you and she wastes a lot of time walking around the table. For instance, if she's working on my right arm, she will pull it out from under the sheet, walk to get the lotion/oil the closest route, then once she has the lotion/oil, she walk around the left side of my body before she starts working on my right arm. She does this every time she goes to get more lotion/oil. This effectively burns a lot of time off the clock. I also don't like that when I add on a 15 min scalp massage, it's taken off of the massage time. Shouldn't it be an additional 15 minutes on top of the massage time?
