Hand and Stone

Jane is always amazing! Makes sure to go the extra mile to take care of me and offered some free samples for the March birthday deal (Facebook page) as neither her or receptionist knew - not their fault though - they need to be made aware my management about social media offers.

Given the cost of spa facials, I find Hand & Stone to be a good value for the money. I also find the staff & service providers to be very friendly and professional. However, you need to compensate your aestheticians better as there is WAY TOO MUCH TURNOVER. Customers get comfortable with specific people and not just services. This is a BIG problem with Hand & Stone and would be a reason to cancel my contract.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I’ve never had anything but good experiences at this location. Blaine listened to everything I said and gave me the exact kind of massage I wanted. Taylor has been doing my facials for some time now and I trust her advice.

Massage was relaxing, therapist spent time on areas where she felt the most tension, overall nice experience.

Enza is great. She is very personable and makes sure that I am satisfied with the wax before I leave. The pricing is expensive, but Enza does a very thorough job.

I have never consistently went to a massage therapist before and now that I found Judy I don’t want ever want to miss a month!
