I’ve been experiencing headaches for the past 3-4 weeks. After a massage yesterday, my headache is gone!

Did not realize how much I hurt from previous day's activity until therapist started. Felt beat up at the end of the massage which is just what I needed. Feel so much better today. Much better range of motion.
