Yesterday was my first visit to the Rolling Meadows location. Everyone was super nice when I arrived. I had a facial with Jane. She was wonderful! We first discussed my skin concerns and then she recommended the rejuvenation facial. Jane is super knowledgeable and has a great touch. I have an esthitician background, so it was nice to have someone who knows what they're doing.

My service provider remembered my skin issues and noted how certain products affected my skin throughout the process. She was attentive to all my questions and made me feel comfortable in asking. She was seriously helpful- I enjoyed both my time with her & the results.

All staff were very friendly. Easy check in. Appointment started on time.

Therese is a great massage therapist. She started my appointment early, which I liked. Regarding the rooms, I suggest installing a mirror in each room so that customers can check their hair before walking out the door.
