The staff was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and friendly! My massage therapist knew exactly where to work on to elivate my pain and stress! Need a glute massage to make it 100%

The service was excellent

The reception area is pleasant and clean. The receptionist is pleasant and knows about the products and services. The therapist is experienced and knows how to provide a good massage.

The quality of the service is fantastic. The massage therapist is very knowledgale about anatomy and massage technique. My therapistt is also friendly and puts me at ease.

There was a new receptionist (she said she was from the Elgin location) and she was GREAT -- gave me something to warm my neck, told me all these things I could be doing with my points, etc. If you don't have her at Rolling Meadows permanently please have her train new receptionist. Out of all my years with you, she was absolutely the best.

Always a pleasure - in the reception and during the appointment. The only call out is the outdated systems - I recall when we didn't have to sign paper copy. Touch screens that can flip to reception and customer may be best - seen many companies using this method.

I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment after checking in. I was able to discuss any skin concerns I had and what I wanted to improve with the esthetician. It was a relaxing experience and I was satisfied with the outcome of my skin after the facial.

The facial I had was excellent, I already booked a second appointment with Sarah for August!

I dont want to brag about how great Robert is because then you’ll publish it and more people will try to book with him and that will make it harder for me to book with him!!! But Robert is great. He is very friendly, professional, and seems to be very knowledgeable about any questions that I ask him regarding my massages. He is always on time and he makes sure you get the amount of time that you paid for. He doesn’t keep his clients waiting either, he is good at keeping on time.

I've been going to the Rolling Meadows location since it opened. I LOVE my massage therapist, Vania. She is the only reason I keep going back. The monthly fee is getting a bit pricey for me, not sure how much longer I will be able to afford to keep going.
