I have had two prenatal massages at the Rolling Meadows location and this therapist was significantly better than the first. She made me feel comfortable and welcome and it was a very relaxing experience.

Nice staff. Clean environment. Very good massage! Temperature was great and room was quiet.

I never had a bad experience or facial at this Hand and Stone. They are very helpful and accommodating regarding scheduling and letting me know when my credit card is being billed for my membership

My therapist was knowledgable and had a wonderful technique. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and inviting. A wonderful experience overall.

The whole process was very professional from start to finish. My massage therapist was awesome and responsive to concerns during the massage. It was easy to relax and enjoy the experience because every aspect of what I would need was considered ahead of time.

I wanted to try somewhere new for a massage experience & this location is close to my home. The booking was easy enough, the service swift and welcoming. Felt terrific afterwards with little to no leftover aches from the soreness of my muscles before my appointment.

I had a great massage on 1/23 - Judy was phenomenal and worked specifically on the areas that I mentioned to her. It was my first time visiting this location and have already booked my next visit.

Robert and Vania are absolutely amazing. I have had numerous massages else where and really enjoy coming to H & S. I wish the product upgrades such as aromatherapy or cbd oil included more of the product. For example the aromatherapy (extra cost) is a one time simple sniff of the aroma. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the services.
