Ease of making appt.Therapist addressed my issues.After massage felt relaxed and pain was relieved.

It was my first appt with Sarah and she made me feel very at ease and listened to my concerns. I have been at this location for yrs and haven’t had a bad facial!

Sarah (sorry if i misspelled) was absolutely amazing. She came in on her day off to accommodate a sick co worker. She was super nice and bubbly. I appreciate her coming in on her day lff so i can keep my appointment. Shes a gem!

Always coming to this location is a good experience. The staff upon arriving is great. Robert, who always does my massages is extremely professional and always addresses my request to work on certain areas. He also recommends different options to help relieve my aches and pains! Thank you!

Although I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times, I was able to get an appointment that met my needs. The therapist was on time and I had a wonderful massage.

The reason I marked the rewards program as low/neutral is that points should be able to be used for enhancements. I would like to see more options available to redeem points (enhancements).

Slavica does the best facials I've ever had! I felt so refreshed after my service with her on Saturday and my skin was glowing!

I have neck and shoulder pain and Robert is great at addressing those issues.
