I was highly satisfied with my facial because it was my first time and Taylor mad me feel comfortable. I was able to learn a lot about my skin and taking care of it. I can't wait to see how my skin will progress after treatment and I can't wait to come back.

My massage therapist was very kind and professional. He did an excellent job working out the knots in my back and neck. The overall experience was very good.

Garrett is so kind and professional! I have lots of pain and he clearly knows what he's doing as opposed to some massage therapists I've had who seem like they're guessing and riffing. So glad to have found Garrett/Fitz at Rolling Meadows! Keep him and give him a bonus check! I was hesitant about the RM location due to old reviews but thanks to Garrett I signed back up for the monthly plan which I used to have in Northbrook. The woman at the desk has been super sweet as well. I feel terrible that I don't remember her name.

Very knowledgeable therapist that talked things through to me before, during and after service, without taking away the relaxation aspect of massage. Fitz was very professional & applied modalities for my problem areas that made me feel better.

Very relaxing. The time went by slowly, worth the money. The therapist didn’t talk very much which I really enjoyed.

Really enjoyed massage and ambience. Fritz did a great job and I felt very relaxed after my massage. I don’t love the membership plan. I’d just stopped being a member and won’t pay $129 for a massage so will probably go elsewhere in the future and it’s sad because I really like it here.
