As a plus sized person I find at other places I am not treated as warmly so I tend to shy away from getting spa services, however for my birthday I wanted a facial so I decided on Hand and Stone since it is close to my home & I’ve always been curious to try it. I was beyond at ease from the the front desk staff at check in to Sarah my aesthetician who was especially soothing and wonderful to the girl who help me check out & helped me sign up for a membership! She was so sweet and informative, she took her time to answer all my questions and I can’t wait to come back again next month for a massage. Thank you for having a place where I’m treated as everyone else even if I’m larger than some.

My massage therapist, Sandra, did a great job. I felt like she was very knowledgeable and used her expertise to ease my aches. Some other therapists seem like they’re just going through a standard routine massage to fill the time and not really help you.
