Hand and Stone

For the first time the massage therapist at Hand and stone exceeded my expectation. Leticia applied just the right kind of pressure and was very considerate and attentive. I was satisfied with the check in process although the location is somewhat less nice than the other ones. Adding touches such as hot tea, better soap and towels in the bathroom, perhaps a diffuser could go a long way.

I couldn't have been more happy with my experience! I booked for Friday this week and will return many times over, probably becoming a rewards member in the near future.

Robert is amazing. I have been going to him since day one. I really needed this massage. Working from home and stress had my back and shoulders so tight. I was relaxed and ready for the week once my massage was done.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I leave feeling relaxed and pampered. It is very easy to schedule an appointment with my favorite technitions.

The place was clean and refreshing. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt safe during covid getting a facial done. She took her time and didn’t rush through it. I appreciated it.

Robert is friendly, listens and structures my massage to address my areas of "additional attention". I would recommend him to anyone, in particular if they required "strong hands" for a deep tissue massage.

The massage was really relaxing and the therapist was great in focusing on the areas that I asked for.

The massage with Therese is always great, however, the oil and or salt rocks used made my skin smell sour and mildewy. Never had this issue before, but it was very gross.

I feel like Joanna does an excellent job listening to my concerns and doing her best to take care of them. I have been using Joanna for several months now and this past month was the first time in years I have not had a break out. Thank you Joanna!
