Leticia is very knowledgeable and is able to focus on client's request. She is professional and friendly. She is very attentive to client's needs.

Jackie who did my facial was very knowledgeable and specifically addressed my concerns. She was not pushy about upgrades or products which was really nice as a person comes to relax not be pressured into upgrading or buying products which has happened to me at other locations. Definitely returning to this location and asking for Jackie specifically!!

Booking appointment receptionist went out of her way to help and answer questions. A great balance between asking about add on's but not making it uncomfortable..which I did add some. Massage therapist was very engaging did a fantastic job.
