The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. My massage with Candace was incredible! She addressed all of my concerns and gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She had and nice firm pressure, which allowed me to relax and never felt too deep or painful. I highly recommend Candace at Hand and Stone in Rolling Meadows!!

Alecia was the best!! Really professional, very knowledgeable, and so warm and wonderful. I will be coming back to see her!

The three therapists that I book my appointments with are always very good. If I am stressed they help me relax. If my neck is stiff or painful they fix it! Candace, Judy and Robert are the best and as long as I can book with them I will continue my membership.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and well educated about the services available and makes excellent recommendations. The manager was super accommodating and understanding after a problem with my last visit. My massage therapist Robert was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. It was just a wonderful experience and I appreciated it

Wonderful ambiance in rooms. Friendly and interested receptionist and excellent massage service. My waxer was very sweet and accommodating. Lastly, always a pleasant couple of hours.

I have two suggestions. Oil the hinges on the bathroom door. When you are trying to relax in the room right next door to the bathroom and the hinges are squeaking, it disrupts the moment of relaxation. Or when doors are being slammed next to a massage room. Also, the piano music that was playing during my massage was not relaxing. It was a little annoying. Otherwise, I am very happy with Hand & Stone and my membership and Candace is an excellent massage therapist. Thank you,

Erin is wonderful, it took trying several staff to do my massage, but I have been going to Erin for the past year, she is wonderful.

With exception of times available, on line booking was easy. A warm and friendly receptionist greeted me when I arrived. My therapist Judi arrived shortly afterwards and greeted me, after a little chit chat and asking if any special request Judi proceeded to do her magic. My visit is always HIGHLY SATISFIED!

Candace was excellent...skilled, very pleasant. It was a pleasure being the recipient of her talent !
