I felt so relaxed after this visit. I slept better the night after the visit. My specific areas of concern were much better after this visit.

Enjoyed the company of the receptionist while waiting. The therapist was very friendly and asked me before starting, if I had any concerns about the any specific areas. During would ask how the pressure was. Everything was great

My facial was very relaxing. My skin looks great and I will go back for another one. I plan to try a massage soon.

My experience overall has been very positive and consistent. My massage therapist is excellent. I am always very relaxed and comfortable during my massages to the point where I fall asleep most of the time. Getting up and dressed when it is over is the most difficult part as I just want to remain laying down and sleeping/napping.

Everyone is extremely friendly from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave. My massage therapist is knowledgeable and listens when I have any specific areas I would like her to focus on. I always have a great experience!

Love Hand and Stone. Cancelled membership due to increase in member price after being a member fo a long time. Would love to be a member again at 49.00 price. Actually got a phone call after this same complaint and survey to give me that offer. Did not do it at that time. Now ai have asked that at my appointment for 4 months now and I am told I will get a call tomorrow. Never do get that call@

The customer service is always a pleasant experience. Robert is a great message therapist.
