My therapist communicated well with me. Jacob asked me what type of massage I wanted and he answered my questions regarding the massages. He seemed knowledgeable. He also asked if he was applying enough pressure or if I needed him to ease up some. He was friendly but yet he was professional. I booked my next appointment with him. I have been very pleased with each massage therapist I have had in the past. They all seem professional and very polite.

I like the service it provided. Gave me other options for additions. Know where to untie the knots so I can enjoy my day.

I have not been impressed lately with ny massages. I tried a new therapist this time and it was the best massage I have had in a long time at Hand and Stone. He probably isn't for everyone, but he made my lain disappear!

Every one is friendly and makes you feel welcomed and valued. My massage was definitely deluxe. All areas were addressed and it was not a short time with each area. Definitely relieved tension areas with attention to the feet which was not requested. Hand and Stone could include the word "Foot" in there name. Better than other studios advertising "foot massage". Thanks

The professionalism of the staff is absolutely exceptional. In the lengthy period of time that I have been a customer there had never been a time when I experienced a problem or an issue!!

Esthetician remembers my skin challenges and recommends appropriate treatment. Esthetician has knowledge of spa’s products. I wish accounting system used by spa was used friendly. I would like to approach counter and be told cost of service, credit I have on file and amount owed. I get this information but only after asking for it.
