The massage therapist are always very professional. They are very knowledgeable and always listen to my needs. They are fair and I really enjoy coming back.

Sandra did an amazing job with my muscles throughout the massage.

I love the customer service giving to me every time I call or stop by in. My therapist judy is amazing very sweet and makes me feel very comfortable throughout the whole session. So attentive! I love this place and location!!

The staff was very friendly. The esthertician was very honest about what this particular type of facial would do for my skin, i.e. how my skin would look/feel after the facial and what it would not help, i.e. my spider veins. She was also very knowledgeable about the products and told me which products would help my skin but with no pressure that I had to buy them today. I had a facial at Hand & Stone a few years ago and I remember that I had the same experience which is why I wasn't hesitate to book another appointment. I liked getting an email about the special of $49.99 for the facial as I found out the regular price was $99.99 which is actually too much for me to spend for a facial since I am no longer working. Unfortunately as much as I loved the facial I don't think I will be able to return until there is another deal. One suggestion would be to offer 30 or 45 minute facials at a lower price. If I could get a 30 minute facial for 29.99, I would probably come one a month for a facial. My other suggestion would to send people a coupon for $20 off around their birthdays. People like to pamper themselves when its their birthday.

I felt extremely relaxed and comfortably warm. Alicia was very careful that I did not experience any discomfort due to my having rosacea. My skin felt so soft and smooth all day long.

Good therapist. Well-run office. Overall nice experience.
