The staff up front has always been friendly and helpful. My esthetician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. She took her time with me and my skin concerns and made sure to treat me with the best treatment.

I felt very welcomed and heard. The receptionist started the sales pitch before our treatment and I asked her to wait until after. The technician was so pleasant. She listed carefully and laughed at my silly jokes. It was a very positive experience.

Deborah was very good at focussing on problem areas. She was proficient in massage techniques. She was friendly and attentive to how I was feeling.

Tatiana is a great masseuse. She asks about problem areas and is always asking about your comfort level during the massage. She will be my main masseuse from now on.
