The staff is always friendly and available as soon as you walk in the door. There's no long waiting time and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. I especially love the massage therapist, Erin. She is very skillful and listens to my needs. I have to fight to stay awake because I get so relaxed I want to fall asleep.

It was my first time getting a facial. I was going to go to a dermatologist first but decided to try Hand and Stone first. Stacy was very friendly and knowledgeable about skincare. I told her about my ongoing issues with pimples along my hairline and she said it was more than likely that it was caused by my hair product. She gave me great advice which made a lot of sense and I will be following her recommendations. She suggested a spot treatment product which I bought and I am already noticing that it is working. I purchased a membership because I had a great experience and will be back monthly for a facial or massage.
