Very friendly and professional reception. The waiting area is as well organized and clean. The facial was bery relaxing and felt very clearing.

Therapist took a personal approach and asked about amount of pressure . She asked if she should massage some specific body areas . She was very knowledgeable about massage therapy.

I have been coming for just over a year, as a member. If I found my experience to be poor, I would not continue to come back if I wasn't satisfied. The key for me has been that I found the right therapist for me.
