I had an underarm and lower legs wax done. My tech was extremely friendly and knowledge.

The staff was very prompt ( is see that as a sign of respect for the client) The only issue I had was that as a member I pay $59 per month for either a facial or a massage. If I book it on line it is $49.95. What is the advantage of membership? Judge John

Cydney, Shara and Jessica were the first people I met at the Rolling Meadows location and they were absolutely wonderful! I felt welcomed and very comfortable right from the start! They were able to explain services and products to me and I had a relaxing experience overall. After that initial appointment, I ended up canceling my membership at another place and starting one with Hand & Stone. I would definitely recommend this spa to my family and friends!
