The massage therapist who served for me has excellent skill. I am a licensed chiropractic physician, and my wife is massage therapist, but we enjoy to visit Hand & Stone regular bases.

The therapist that I liked left. There was two that I was highly satisfied with. Also charging me $10 a month while I froze my account

I was surprised a whole body massage does not include the head. It felt unfinished but I was told massaging the head/face is an extra enhancement. That was a first for me.

I have tried other places for massages. I have found that Hand & Stone offers the best experience. The therapists are good at their job. The environment is extremely clean and relaxing.

The Massage therapist did not start my massage until at least 7:10pm even though I was ready in the room at 7:03pm. She spent more time adjusting my blankets then she did actually massaging the area. She ended the massage at 7:54pm. I asked her to focus on my shoulders and she didn't spend much time there either.

cost is too much. Also, facial girl got me confused with next client and credits and points on their account and was trying to upsell me. The upsell is just too much talking.

Since I have lymphedema Vania specializes in the type of massage that helps this condition. She is extremely good at the type of massage for this condition.

I had told the esthetician that my skin has a reaction to salicylic acid and she recommended a product that had that ingredient. However, when I got home and realized this and called the store the receptionist was very helpful and I was able to exchange for a different product. Mistakes happen, so not a huge deal as they were able to quickly solve the problem.

It is not the services that I am unsatisfied with. It is the fact that people with memberships who fall behind on using their packages, cannot forward their package to someone else without making an appointment for that person it should be made easier and packages should be available to give us gift cards.
