I like some of the other massage therapists better. I will try to book with someone else next time. I just often book at the last minute and have to take whoever is available.

Front counter staff continually turn over, no consistency. New virtually every time. Nothing to do with the actual massage, as Robert is always great.

I was satisfied! I reserve “highly” for exceeding expectations and hardly ever would that happen in a first appointment with a therapist Also, strongly object to current review culture that “requires” exceptional ratings to be acceptable.

I had booked a facial and massage. My facial was canceled less than 24 hours prior to my appointment. I told the receptionist if I had canceled less than 24 hours prior to my appointment I'd be charged the $80 for the service. I received no concession for my loss of service.

I feel like there’s not enough flexibility with the point of earned when you pay for your services. For the last five visits, I’ve been asking them to use my points, not my services and when checking out, they still just charged me for my services with my membership. Only this time when I was checking out, I reminded them to use my points and not just the membership services. I was a little because I did notice that the hot stone really didn’t feel like it was very long even though I had an hour and a half massage I feel like the hot stones weren’t on very long.

I had a severe head cold my nose would not stop running. They refused to reschedule my appointment without me paying a separate fee. They forced me to come in sick. Take extra medication, I could’ve made the aesthetician sick. I could’ve made other people sick but they didn’t seem to care they could clearly tell I was sick and yet they forced me to my appointment unless I want to pay a $39 rescheduling fee or a $79 cancellation fee, but yet the week prior they canceled my appointment because one of their employees called in sick without 24 notice to me and I was not compensated

I have been seeing Erin every 2 weeks for a sciatic nerve issue, and each time she finds just the spot and relieves some of the pain. She is very respectful of the atmosphere and noise level in the room. I told her she is a miracle worker and she has a true gift.
